Although using the Vericom system is easy, our customers tell us that our training session further empowers them by providing valuable reinforcement and hands-on interaction. New customer training programs are conducted via live webinar by a highly-knowledgeable system specialist.

In addition, our Customer Care team is available after initial training to answer any questions that may arise.
